As Chief Operating Officer and Controller, Andrea Sanders is responsible for overseeing the firm’s daily operations and financial management. She is dedicated to creating efficient systems and processes that allow the team to provide exceptional service and support to clients. Working closely with the firm’s partners, Andrea helps implement strategic initiatives, manages internal operations, addresses client and staff needs, and ensures the firm’s financial health and stability.
Driven by a passion for helping others, Andrea believes that a well-supported team is essential to delivering outstanding client experiences. Her leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence play a vital role in the firm’s continued success.
Outside of the office, Andrea enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. She considers her roles as a wife and mother to be her greatest blessings and treasures the time she shares with her family.
